Here, remarkable individuals of different faiths made lasting contributions in such areas as poetry, art, architecture, music, dining etiquette, science, agriculture, medicine, engineering, navigation, textiles, and even hydraulic technology. Their rich, complex culture reached a high point in the Mediterranean Middle Ages. However, larger forces in conquest of land and power brought about puritanical judgments, absolutism and religious extremism. The conflict they triggered extinguished the shared learning that once flourished in this enlightened land

As a Muslim, I do not agree with the part that Muslims drink alcohol but? I do not agree it’s okay for Muslims to mingle with the Christians and Jews. These Puritanical Muslims did not preach the proper teachings of Islam. They were Al-Qaeda or Taliban of medieval Spain.
Muslims are permitted to strike only in a self-defense combat and that Muslims are to stop attacking those who have surrendered or injured people who do not have the strength to attack you. So, when an offensive person has stopped attacking you, you must then stop because doing otherwise transgress God. God does not like the starters of war. Innocent people who are not? involved in the combat can not be attacked and should be treated with kindness.
Who says that non-Muslims can not have authority over Muslims? Who says Muslims can not mingle with non-Muslims? Where in the Quran & Hadith that says that? That is an extremist preacher that instigates Muslims to hate non-Muslims. In any part of the world, a Muslim has to respect their leaders due to their leadership just Regardless of their religious faith. Religion is a personal? matt and everyone should accept a religion out of their own free will.
U can not hate all muslims muslims have decided to just becausesome intolerate. Islam teaches religious tolerance (as seen in Surah 109) but not to extreme muslim does not follow it. They think they’re experts? on Islam, but actually they do not – they misinterpret and manipulate the right teachings for their political agenda. U can not let someone blame you & your family as a whole just do not because your sibling or cousin themselves commit a bad deed, u? there r good and bad people in every society.
