400-600 mhz cpu are already almost for android. The manufacturers just do not optimize Android for the CPU. So it’s kinda slow.

They are fraudsters over 3 months ago I ordered and I have not arrived and it is more nor bother to respond to complaints, I do not advise the purchase since the products can be easily lost or not sent and that it is excuse.
