The Female Facial Hair Problem
I first started noticing “extra” facial hair when I was about seventeen. It was in the form of darkening hair on my upper lip, and honestly it scared me to death. Here I was, a young woman finally, and I am growing a mustache.
Of course, I took advantage of the first hair removal method I found on hand; a hair removal cream. Yes, that solved my problem for a while, just before my unwanted facial hair started appearing again. And every time I was removing it, I had the feeling that someone can see it. That was the time when I felt really desperate and lost. Unwanted facial hair was ruining my self confidence. Not really a good way to feel desired, is it?
Then I had to consult my family, when I found out it was inherited. Does it mean there was even more facial hair to appear? It was a great surprise when I found out that my mother was removing her unwanted facial hair for years now. Plus, she even had much more hair than I do. She had been plucking unwanted hair from her upper lip and chin, and she has been doing this every single day. I was shocked to find that out!
Seriously, I have never thought my mother have the same problem like me. Obviously, she took a good care of unwanted facial hair and has been removing it on a constant basis. However, she told me that most girls around the world suffer the same issue, and probably I have been too cautious about it. Probably just a few women have never experienced that problem. That is why they never talk about it.
I wonder how all these women take care of such a problem. Undoubtedly, most girls use various ways to get rid of undesired facial hair. What works, and what not is a very disputable question. Then the best thing we can do is pick up a method that delivers acceptable outcomes. Sure, lots of products are promising to eradicate unwanted facial hair forever, but please do not fall into this so easily.
