@orihow personally I think the white plastic is stronger. . . but people like Dan Cohen can manage to get WR’s with black V-cube. . . so I guess there isn’t much difference. . . some people just prefer certain body/sticker colors. . . what do you like?
If I had a choice to buy the knock off for $30 or the real deal for about $60. I probably would go for the real deal. Its cause the quality looks better. And plus I want to “look good” with the original!
I totally agree. . . usually a v-cube gets better and better as it ages. . . the only changes I made to my 6×6 is sanding the corners and core pieces. . . so it doesn’t pop! lol. . .
The V-Cube 6 isn’t quite bad when certain things happen.
Sure, the V-6 has the clicking mechanism, but that isn’t really noticeable when you’ve solved the cube quite a lot.
In the modified version of the V-6 (V2-6), the glued pieces come unglued, the pins fall out, and the plastic always builds up inside, no matter how long you’ve had it.
Due to the maintenance of the V2-6, a non-modified version is better to me. Way better. I hate gluing again and again and repinning the centers. A hassle.
what make?
