This training is tough, I only used the bar, which weigh about 45 kilograms, and man is it particularly hard journey to the sixth

@ DANIAC262 Nah man it’s made of rubber 35. See how big and thick they are. 25 is not that tall people. I would imagine a plate, one side would be sufficient for the launch.
In no expert, but I would say three times a week with at least one day off in between.
I have this training in the gym today with only £ 45 bar (i wiegh 160 pounds) and it was fantastic. . . . I consider myself to be in fairly decent shape, but after 3 sets I felt like I hurl!

Theyre all hard exercises where you as a result they are tougher. The route starts with upper body and goes up the legs.
