		<description>PVC, on its own, is unstable and must always be used with additives called stabilisers based on heavy metals: lead, cadmium, tin, barium and zinc. Stabilisers prevent the decomposition of PVC during processing and make PVC resistant to light and weathering. 
You should run your water for a few seconds from the tap before drinking it.  Expect that the toxins will leach from the pipes for several years after living in a new house.  Don&#039;t freak out yet, but you could have your water tested for chemicals.</description>
