Selling Fake Items Made In China?

There are many sellers on the net who are brand products but the ones in , if it’s a mobile, bags, make up or clothes.
In UK does the law allow people to sell fake products imported from china?
If not then where is the law from these people?

  2. Technically speaking counterfeiting is always illegal by nature. It’s a lie at face. The enforceability of a trademark actually depends on the the item being ripped off. If there is a trademark in the nation where they are being sold for the original product or the nation where the product is trademarked or patented is part of any number of international patent conventions then getting sellers shut down is not hard (particularly online). However, don’t look to the Chinese government for help.

  3. The UK does not allow it because they lose taxes but it’s so big they can’t stop it.
