Why Do Americans Still Buy Products Made In China ?
Every day you hear about a toy recall, because of high levels of lead, or toys made in China that have put little kids in Coma’s, yup. I said Coma, It was on the world news tonight…….Wake up America, boycott all things made in China…. !!!! Its all LOW quality, pourly made & a health hazzard, since they have NO standards….
We should all try and buy products that are made in America anyway. We need to support our own economy not a foreign one that doean’t care what happens to us or our children.
try to live one day without using or buying a product from China….it’s not as easy as you make it out to be. it’s just like how were getting sodomized with gas prices. sure, we could boycott buying it and the prices would drop, but if that was practical it would’ve happened by now. i understand your rage, but we did this to ourselves and it goes way beyond all of their crappy (and now DEADLY) products. they OWN us.
Since its LOW quality and all that it’s also LOW cost!! You really think a nation of millions would care if one or two people got sick from one product? As long as they’re not using it and nothing happens to them it’s all good. You get what you pay for!
Even though products from China are lead, if you’ll look on a globe, China is like one of the bigest countries in the world. If you were to “take China off the world”, you’ll realize that most of the world’s products will disappear with it.
MOST PRODUCTS IN THE WORLD COME FROM CHINA!
That’s a lot easier said than done.. of course we don’t want to buy products made in China.. they have been low quality and poorly made for quite some time now.. but it’s just unrealistic for that to be done. 95% of the things that you buy are made in China.. it’s cheap labor and fast production. It’s really sad that kids are being mixed into the factor now.. but 95% of toys are made in China.. how could you explain no Christmas to your child?.. “Oh hunny, Mommy can’t buy you toys this year because they’re made in China..” It’s not happening dude.. tell Bush to help fix the economy.. I’d say that would be the first step.. get the companies to move back here and make things under quality control standards and put that money in the pockets of working Americans instead of Chinese children.
It’s next to impossible not to buy products from China.
Our government needs to step up their inspections.
come now we all know that the worst products are made in antartica since its so freaking cold. if you dont like it go back to germany.
My daughter loves Aqua Dots. If China is the only place to get them, then that’s where I have to buy them from.
Most recalls are not the product being bad. It’s the parents not watching their children. I read that a 20 month old ate some Aqua Dots. That’s the parents fault. Aqua Dots are for kids 4 years old and older.
Easy Bake Ovens were recalled because kids were getting their fingers stuck in the oven. Again, the parents fault. If the parent was there helping their child, that would not have happened. There is a tool that you use to push the baking pan into the oven, you never stick you hand or fingers inside the oven.
You’re right,ecept i love the grown up toys,crotch rocket street bikes and what not.I do fully agree though for the younger children and the lead and what not in the toys and such.
