China is actually slowly moving away from Communism and becoming more Capitalist when it comes to economics.
A lot of the products that say made in China are produced by unskilled labor and sometimes expolited children, and honestly, China can thank American businesses for helping their economy to grow.
Plus, in a Communist society, you will lose your rights to basic principles that we value here in America such as freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of the press, right to bear arms, child labor laws, etc. Say goodbye to private ownership of land in a Communist system.
I really do not get why there are people who want Communism in America. Maybe it is just a rebellious phase that people in their early 20′s go threw. Or maybe they just do not understand the reality of what Communism would do.
China’s economy is definitely not communist.
There are now Chinese billionaires, something that is impossible under strict communism (except for the politicians–who seem to be wealthy under any government/economic system).
China finally saw that the tremendous wealth amassed in Hong Kong by a free market system is the way to financial progress.
And they’ve made tremendous strides.
It has nothing to do with communism it has to do with greed manufactures don’t care about employing Americans the CEO want to show the largest profit possible even if it means closing plants the only part communism plays is that they have no labor laws when you only have to pay one or two dollars an hour. it is really out of control the profits these American companies make should be taxed very heavily when they try to bring it back into america

Despite being controlled by the Communist party in government, they have a free market system. This has been the case for over 30 years.
Because they have a more free market with less gov regulations than we do.
