How did they make the terracotta warriors in China? Can you please give a step by step process?

I would like to know if any one has used them or not.

One of my friends is pregnant and is looking for a crib not made in China. I wanted to buy the crib for her but I can’t find one anywhere. Do you all have any suggestions as to where I can find one?
